– Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
– We offer a complimentary signed book or T-shirt, (INR value) after five sessions.

2. Confidentiality & Privacy

– We maintain confidentiality and privacy in our conversations.
– Please note that our platform uses third-party software, and we’re not liable for IT-related technical issues.

3. Content Policy

– We have a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate, ethically wrong, illicit, or abusive content.
– We focus on supportive conversations and refrain from competing with or demeaning other brands.
– We respect everyone and believe in uplifting others; our motive is not to demean or compete with any other brand.

4. Disclaimer

We are not a substitute for medical or professional services. Our Supportive Mentor services provide general guidance and support for routine life issues.

5. Client Responsibilities

– You take full responsibility for your decisions and actions. We will not hold any liability for consequences before/after interactions.

6. Age Restriction

– Our services are only available to individuals 18 years and older.

7. Refund Policy

We strive to deliver prompt and reliable services. Refunds are available in exceptional circumstances:
Delayed Response: If we fail to respond to your email within one week (7 days) from receipt, you are eligible for a full refund.
Technical Issues: If technical issues on our end prevent us from delivering services, we will provide a full refund.
All other cases are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Change of mind or lack of usage.
Dissatisfaction with advice or guidance provided.
Failure to provide necessary information or cooperation.
 Refund Process:
To request a refund, email us at accounts@komalchoubisa.com with your original payment receipt and a brief explanation.
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days, in the original payment method.
